The group is organized into two operating segments being Machines and Systems in that it involves – production, distribution, installation, and after-sales service of wood, glass, stone, and advanced materials processing machines, grinders. Also it operates in Mechatronics which involves – production and distribution of industrial mechanical and electronic components. It generates maximum revenue from the Machines and Systems segment. Geographically, it derives a majority of revenue from Western Europe and also has a presence in Asia-Pacific; Eastern Europe; North America and the Rest of the World.
